The integral length of the pole is 10cm, 13cm or 15cm, the distance between each two erection rings (1) ranges from 30cm to 60cm, deviations among distances of the erection rings (1) are controlled within a range from minus 20mm to 20mm, the distance between each two spiral bars (5) ranges from 40cm to 70cm, deviations among the distances of the spiral bars (5) are controlled within a range from minus 10mm to 10mm, clear distances among prestressed reinforcements (2) and non-prestressed reinforcements range from 40cm to 70cm, and deviations of the clear distances among the prestressed reinforcements (2) and the non-prestressed reinforcements (3) are controlled within a range from minus 5mm to 5mm. Besides, the invention provides a production method for the pole.
