The method comprises the following steps of: adopting fresh and ripe peaches as the raw materials, transporting the peaches with circulating water, fully cleaning and brushing the peaches in the transport process, transporting the peaches to a roll crusher, feeding the pulp obtained after crushing into a beater and feeding the parts with pits into a pit washing machine; after the parts with pits are fed into the pit washing machine, feeding the pulp obtained after the peach pits are removed into the beater; adopting the beater to carry out cold beating on the fed pulp, heating the pulp to 80-100 DEG C and preserving the heat for 5-10 minutes; then beating the hot pulp in a two-channel beater and then homogenizing the pulp under the condition that the pressure is 5-20MPa; and degassing the homogenized pulp with a degasser and carrying out pasteurization after filtration, thus obtaining the peach puree.
