Method for preparing montmorillonite/silicon dioxide composite powder

The invention relates to a method for preparing montmorillonite/silicon dioxide composite powder, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, dispersing alkoxy silane between layers of montmorillonite; then adding a precipitating agent to hydrolyze the alkoxy silane and generate silicon dioxide between the layers of the montmorillonite, so that the montmorillonite is stripped; and preparing the montmorillonite with a single-sheet layer structure and finally obtaining the montmorillonite/silicon dioxide composite powder. According to the invention, the alkoxy silane is dispersed between the layers of the montmorillonite and is hydrolyzed under the action of the precipitating agent to generate the silicon dioxide, so that the aim that the layer structure of the montmorillonite is stripped is fulfilled.
