Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for preparing methanol and dimethyl ether by taking calcium carbide furnace tail gas and sodium chlorate tail gas as well as other hydrogen-containing gas sources as raw materials. The method mainly comprises the following steps: carrying out rough purification, temperature swing adsorption (TSA), pressure swing adsorption (PSA) and precise purification on the calcium carbide furnace tail gas and then mixing with hydrogen purified from the sodium chlorate tail gas and other hydrogen-containing gas sources, so as to obtain methanol synthesis gas; carrying out synthesis reaction on the methanol synthesis gas to obtain coarse methanol; and further dehydrating the coarse methanol to produce dimethyl ether, or rectifying to obtain a methanol product.
