Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to processing technology enabling high temperature cinder to directly form cinder bricks. After smelting is completed, high temperature liquid state cinder is directly led in vacuum equipment and supercharging equipment and is combined with 10%-20% calcium fluoride and 1%-5% dolomite by weight, by means of vacuum-supercharging technology, the cinder bricks are directly made. The using mode not only enables the cinder bricks which are high in mechanical property and pressure resistance strength and good in internal quality to be made, but also sufficiently uses heat of the high temperature cinder, and has the advantages of energy conservation, emission reduction, fast transformation and good benefits. |
