Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for producing cement by using calcium sulphate waste with a high water content for replacing gypsum, wherein the production process comprises the following steps of: preparation for a raw material; calcination for a clinker; stacking and cooling; and grinding. The method is characterized in that: the calcium sulphate waste with a high water content is added in the clinker after the calcination for the clinker, and the grinding process is performed after the stacking and cooling. Via the technical scheme, calcium sulphate waste with high water content can evaporate redundant water by the heat released during cooling for the clinker, and requirements on product machining can be satisfied without the need to heat and calcine additionally, thereby solving the problem of utilization for waste, promoting recycling, creating economic benefits, decreasing production cost and protecting environment.
