The foot braking valve has an air outlet and an air inlet communicated with the air cylinder; the hand braking valve has an air outlet and an air inlet communicated with the air cylinder; and the differential relay valve has first control port communicated with the air outlet of the hand braking valve, a second control port communicated with the air outlet of the foot braking valve, an air inlet communicated with the air cylinder and a second air outlet communicated with the two braking air chambers.
