Zusammenfassung: | A gas shielded welding wire for all-position automatic welding of pipeline steel comprises the following components in Wt%: 0.08-0.1% of C (carbon), 0.7-1.0% of Si (silicon), 1.6-2.5% of Mn (manganese), less than 0.010% of P (phosphorus), less than 0.005% of S (sulphur), 0.5-1.0% of Ni (nickel), 0.2-0.4% of Mo (molybdenum), 0.04-0.1% of Ti (titanium), 0.1-0.4% of Ce (cerium) and the balance Fe (ferrum). By determining the reasonable component range of the elements of the C, the Mn, the Si, the Ni, the Mo, the Ti and the Ce, when the X80 pipeline steel is welded, weld metal has high strength and high low-temperature impact toughness, and the welding wire has excellent process properties and fine adaptability. The welding wire is applicable to all-position welding of the X80 pipeline steel, particularly suitable for automatically welding circumferential welds of the X80 pipeline steel, and completely suitable for site welding of the X80 pipeline steel for high-pressure oil and gas delivery pipelines. |
