Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an integral welding and eddy current testing device and a method. Under the control of a signal processing module, a welding power supply module can be used for carrying AC (Alternating Current) conversion and the like on a power grid source through a voltage transformation method and an inversion method so as to obtain an AC-DC (Alternating Current/Direct Current) welding power supply for welding; a multi-band filtering and impedance matching module is connected with the welding power supply module and an eddy current probe and is in impedance matching with the welding power supply module and the eddy current probe; the eddy current probe is used for receiving eddy current excitation signal, generating an inducted electromagnetic field, testing a welding material and receiving a test signal; the signal processing module is used for controlling the transform control of the welding power supply module, receiving the test signal output by the eddy current probe and carrying out signal processing; a magnetic saturation module is used for carrying out saturation magnetization on a ferromagnetic material during welding and eddy current testing processes and can meet the requirement of eddy current testing for ferromagnetic material testing. The device disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of simplicity, reliability as well as flexibility and convenience in use, and is suitable for carrying out quality control on the welding process and reforming an existing welding device so as to improve the welding quality. |
