Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a clathrate of oleanolic acid-3-0-beta-D-glucuronopyranoside cyclodextrin or a cyclodextrin derivative and a preparation method as well as application thereof. The molar ratio of oleanolic acid-3-0-beta-D-glucuronopyranoside to the cyclodextrin or the cyclodextrin derivative is preferably 1:1-10; and the clathrate is preferably beta-cyclodextrin. By performing clathration on CE (Calenduloside E), the solubility of the CE in water is increased, and the bioavailability of the CE in vivo is improved, so that various formulations required in clinical use are more favorably developed.
