The composition with the weight increasing function, disclosed by the invention, is used for conditioning functions of a gastrointestinal tract by a qi benefiting and spleen and stomach invigorating prescription consisting of Chinese medicine herbs with homology of medicine and food, matches the high-quality protein, namely lactalbumin to provide high-quality nutrition components and can realize the weight increasing function in two ways.
