Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a slow-wave micro-strip line structure with side walls. The slow-wave micro-strip line structure disclosed by the invention comprises a slow-wave micro-strip line which comprises a micro-strip line and a grid-shaped metal shielding layer, wherein the floating side walls are arranged at two ends of grids in the grid-shaped metal shielding layer, and are formed by arranging metal layers and through holes at intervals; the through holes are formed at the bottom of the floating side walls, and the metal layers are arranged on the tops of the floating side walls; and two ends of the grids are correspondingly communicated with each other to form a floating side wall grounding structure. Compared with the conventional slow-wave micro-strip structure, the slow-wave micro-strip line structure disclosed by the invention has higher effective dielectric constants and isolation.
