The mechanism comprises an installation seat which is provided with at least one cover opening unit; each cover opening unit is provided with a rotation shaft which is connected with a power device; each rotation shaft is in transmission connection with a vacuum pad which is connected with a vacuum generator through an air pipe; and the suction mouth of each vacuum pad faces downward. The mechanism is a device which can automatically open the programmable switch cover of the electric energy meter. |
