Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a method for moving a storage bin under the condition of not stopping production. The method comprises the following steps of: reinforcing the lower part of the storage bin; arranging a stopping frame on the top of the storage bin, and arranging a slideway beam at the bottom of the storage bin; arranging a walking mechanism at the bottom of the storage bin, wherein the walking mechanism is connected with the storage bin, and is arranged on the slideway beam; at least partially dismounting supporting parts of the storage bin, so that the storage bin falls on the walking mechanism; moving the whole storage bin along the stopping frame and the slideway beam; and recovering the arrangement of the storage bin after the storage bin is moved to a preset position.
