Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of a high polymer material and relates to a dry spinning preparation method of polyarylether fibers with a phthalazone structure. The dry spinning preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing spinning solution; extruding and spinning; removing a solvent by a hot chimney; carrying out hot drawing treatment; winding; and the like. The spinning temperature is in the range of 40 to 220 DEG C. The distance from the hot chimney to a spinneret plate is in a range of 0 to 25cm. The temperature of the hot chimney is in a range of 200 to 360 DEG C. The drafting times are in a range of 1 to 10 times. The winding speed is in a range of 10 to 200cm/s. The hot drawing treatment temperature is in a range of 300 to 480 DEG C. The prepared polyarylether fibers with the phthalazone structure have the characteristics of high strength, high temperature resistance, radiation resistance and the like. |
