Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a one-step synthesis method of nano-sized zirconium oxide spherical agglomerated particles used for hot spray-coating and is characterized in that the nano-sized zirconium oxide spherical agglomerated particles are prepared by a combination method of emulsion and homogeneous precipitation; and the method comprises the following steps of: adding an aqueous solution of yttrium salts and zirconium salts to an oil phase liquid to obtain an emulsion, heating and allowing chemical reactions to take place in the emulsion to produce yttrium-stabilized zirconium oxide, standing to form layers in the emulsion, and drying and sintering the resulting numerous nano-sized zirconium oxide spherical agglomerated particles with uniform sizes. The produced spherical agglomerated particles can be directly applied to hot spray-coating. The preparation method is simple, energy-saving and low in cost, and has a high value of practical application. |
