Active carbon pickling tank with small active carbon loss, quick liquid discharge and long service life

The invention aims to provide an active carbon pickling tank, which has the characteristics of difficulty in damaging a pv (polyvinyl) plastic barrel, smooth flow of liquid during liquid discharge and effective prevention of active carbon from flowing out along with the liquid after pickling. In the invention, the active carbon pickling tank comprises a barrel of which the bottom is provided with a liquid outlet, wherein the inner lower part of the barrel is provided with a filter plate which is provided with filter holes; the upper surface of the filter plate is provided with a filter layer formed by paving refractory bricks; an isolation frame is arranged below the filter plate, and comprises more than three spoke plates extending along the radial direction of the barrel; the barrel is made of pv plastic; the outer side of the barrel is provided with an annular wall built by using refractory bricks and acid-proof cement around the barrel; and a gap is formed between the inner wall of the annular wall and the outer wall of the barrel.
