Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of marine organisms and particularly relates to a breeding method of a new high-yield stress-resistant red shell color scallop line. The breeding method comprises the following steps of: selecting variant red shell color individuals in a natural population by taking a shell color as a genetic mark, breeding by combining with shell width, and performing selection and holding of parent scallops, hasten parturition and insemination, breeding of larvae and juvenile scallops, intermediate breeding, culturing and shell color identification, selection of a first filial generation population and fry rearing of a second filial generation so as to get the new red shell color scallop line with high dressing percentage of adductor muscle and strong stress resistance. The method is simple and easy to realize. In the process of hasten parturition and insemination, the consistent contribution of ova to filial generations can be ensured by enabling each female scallop to select an equal quantity of the ova to perform insemination with sperms of a male scallop; and compared with ordinary brown scallops, the new Japanese scallop line obtained by two-generation breeding has the growth speed increased by about 10%, the shell width increased by 10%, the dressing percentage of the adductor muscle, increased by 26%, and survival rate increased by 18%, is further bright in the shell color and strong in the stress resistance, and has a condition being in line with the psychology of consumers and great industrialization popularization prospects.
