Zusammenfassung: | A plasma gas protection titanium plate welding process includes (1) preweld cleaning by immersing a titanium plate for 3-8 minutes with 3%HF+15%HNO3 liquor, washing up the titanium plate with clean water and then removing greasy dirt at the edge of the titanium plate with organic solvent alcohol or acetone; and (2) welding by adopting plasma gas, protective gas and welding wires according to process parameters, wherein the plasma gas is argon with the flow rate of 1.2-1.5L/min and the purity of 99.999%, the protective gas is argon with the flow rate of 10-15L/min and the purity of 99.99%, the distance from a welding gun to a workpiece is 5-8mm, and the diameter of each welding wire is phi 1.2mm. The plasma gas protection titanium plate welding process is fast in welding speed, high in penetrability, attractive in welding line, fine in weld quality and low in cost, and the strength of the welding line can reach 70-80% of that of parent materials. |
