Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a structure of a loudspeaker framework, which can keep the strength of the loudspeaker framework and is light in weight. A speaker unit (1) includes a frame (21) that secures a diaphragm of a speaker at an outer circumference of the diaphragm, a magnetic circuit, a first leg (26a-26e) that extends from a portion of an inner wall of the frame in a vicinity of a front of the speaker to the magnetic circuit, and that secures the magnetic circuit to the frame, and a second leg (27a-27e) that extends from a portion of the inner wall of the frame in a vicinity of a rear of the speaker to the magnetic circuit, and that secures the magnetic circuit to the frame.
