Formula for emulsified diesel oil

The invention provides a formula for emulsified diesel oil. The formula comprises (wt%) 55 to 85% of diesel oil, 15 to 35% of water, 0.15 to 2.5% of oil phase emulsifier and 15% of water phase emulsifier and auxiliary agents, wherein, the oil phase emulsifier comprises span 85 (0.55 to 1.45%) and tween 85/60 (0.15 to 0.25%), and the water phase emulsifier and the auxiliary agents comprise oleic acid (2.5 to 9.5%), sodium hydroxide or ammonia liquor (0.55 to 0.95%), polyvinyl alcohol (0.065 to 0.085%), soya lecithin (0.1 to 0.7%), urea (0.1 to 0.7%), petroleum sodium sulfonate (0.1 to 0.19%), 2-EHN (0.9 to 1.9%) and triethanolamine (0.5 to 1.5%).
