Zusammenfassung:	A formula of biodiesel comprises steps of: a. pickling, degumming and dehydrating raw oil to obtain pure aliphatic acid; b. mixing aliphatic acid, sodium hydroxide, a catalyst of bio-enzyme and methanol; c. adding a mixture into a reaction kettle, stirring ceaselessly while heating, so as to finish the esterification reaction and generate fatty acid methyl ester when a temperature rises to 80 DEG C; d. removing reacted substances and filtering large particles by a filter to obtain pure fatty acid methyl ester; e. adding petrochemical diesel oil into refined fatty acid methyl ester to obtain the biodiesel. The biodiesel of the invention has advantages of superior combustion performance, no corrosion, low sulfur content, reduced machinery part wearing, cleanness and no pollution and can be used by an automobile without refitting, solves a problem of diesel oil exhaust gas discharge, improves atmosphere pollution, protects ecological environment and assists to mitigate petroleum shortage in our country.
