The technical scheme includes that 0.2%-1% of polysorbate 80 is added into a conventional culture medium. Compared with the conventional culture medium, the culture medium for culturing the purple non-sulfur bacteria is capable of effectively solving the problem of precipitation of the bacteria during growth. The bacteria cultured by the culture medium are higher in final culturing concentration, and OD660 (optical density with 660nm wavelength) of bacterium liquor reaches 3.5.
