The invention discloses a pneumatically-circulated clarifying basin system, comprising a clarifying basin, wherein the clarifying basin comprises a pneumatic circulation part and a sediment clarifying part; the pneumatic circulation part comprises a mixing unit and a circulating unit, wherein the circulating unit is located above the mixing unit; the circulating unit comprises dividing walls and a bottom overflowing space is arranged between the dividing walls and the lower surface of the circulating unit; an upper overflowing space is arranged between the dividing walls and the upper surfaceof the circulating unit; an inner circulating cavity is formed between the dividing walls and an outer circulating cavity is formed between the dividing walls and the side walls of the circulating unit; a shifting overflowing space is arranged between the circulating unit and a depositing unit; and the mixing unit is communicated with the inner circulating cavity through a pipeline. The pneumatically-circulated clarifying
