Zusammenfassung:	Layout information for displaying form data on a screen is registered ahead of time as a display region, and the correspondence between the current position of the cursor and the display region is compared. Annotation formatting is registered ahead of time for each set of form data; the annotation formatting corresponding to the form data that the cursor position indicates is identified; annotation display data is produced; and an annotation is displayed in the vicinity of the cursor position. By displaying in the vicinity of the cursor position an annotation indicating the meaning of currently-displayed form data, the aim is to increase visibility when displaying atypical electronic data of forms or the like using a portable terminal that has a small screen size.
