A plurality of air bubble reception portions which can receive air bubbles are formed at an interval in the peripheral direction and the axial direction of the pipe portion (134) on the internal circumferential surface of the pipe portion (134), so as to divide the air in the pipe portion (134) to be received by a plurality of air bubble reception units (150).
