Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an epoxy powder coating suitable for low-temperature coating. The epoxy powder coating comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-70 percent of a modified epoxy resin blend system, 15-20 percent of a phenol linear low-temperature curing agent with a symmetrical dibenzene cyclic structure, 10-20 percent of a modified filler, 2-5 percent of titanium pigment, 3-5 percent of a nano-filler and an appropriate quantity of auxiliary materials. High-activity reaction groups of different activities are introduced into the epoxy powder coating suitable for low-temperature coating, so that a three-stage deep addition reaction is realized, coating crosslinking density is increased, and the electrochemical resistance of a coating layer is enhanced; meanwhile, the phenol linear low-temperature curing agent with the symmetrical dibenzene cyclic structure is adopted, so that reaction activity is increased, and the compactness and flexibility of the coating layer are enhanced; mor |
