Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of high molecular materials, in particular to nano-silica-filled modified PTFE (Polytetrafluorethylene) resin. The nano-silica-filled modified PTFE resin is prepared by the steps of: mixing PTFE resin, nano-silica and pigment at low speed and high speed, carrying out compression molding, and freely sintering. The PTFE has excellent electric insulativity, chemical stability and corrosion resistance and also has certain defects such as wear nonresistance, easy creep, poor compression resistance and the like; and the defects can be overcome by adding various high-hardness inorganic powder, but the machining performance of the PTFE is damaged by the high-hardness inorganic powder, and a cutter is seriously worn. The invention provides the nano-silica-filled modified PTFE resin which not only can realize high wear resistance as well as favorable compression resistance and creep resistance, but also has almost no influence to the machining performance of a material. |
