Zusammenfassung:	The invention aims to disclose a high-transparency environment-friendly type PVC heat shrinkable printing film and a preparation method thereof. The PVC heat shrinkable printing film prepared in the invention does not contain phthalate, is an environment-friendly type PVC heat shrinkable printing film and has high transparency; the preparation method provided in the invention can prolong a production cycle (prolonged to more than 30 days) of equipment, reduce generation of water ripples and improve transparency and a printing effect of a product, thereby realizing purposes of the invention.
