The tool fixing base (150) is provided with a polygon external receiver connecting with an embedded tool (140). The embedded tool (140) is provided with an inner polygon coupler (142) capable moving to the polygon external receiver. In the invention, the tool fixing base (150) is fixed on the output shaft (124) through force transmission connection.
