Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an oil-gas reservoir barefoot well cementing and completion method and device, belonging to the field of oil-gas reservoir well completion engineering. A well cementing and completion tubular pile comprises a hanging packer, a combined casing string, a bottom mechanical packer and a special guider. The method comprises the following steps: tripping in the tubular pile, seating and sealing the packer, opening an explosion valve, injecting cement paste, waiting on cement and drilling a plug to achieve the well cementing and completion. The invention provides a new well cementing and completion method and device for the oil-gas reservoir barefoot well, in particular a clean, safe and economical well cementing and completion tubular pile and construction method for the high temperature, high pressure and high acidity oil-gas reservoir. The device and method have the following effects: the device can resist a temperature of 150 DEG C and a pressure difference of 35MPa; and by adopting the me
