More specifically speaking, the invention relates to a synthesis technology of a benzimidazole derivative. The invention provides a synthesis technology of the benzimidazole derivative. The synthesis technology has advantages of few steps, simple post-treatment and high yield. The following technical scheme is adopted in the invention. According to the invention, 5, 6-dichloro-2-methyl benzimidazole is synthesized by a one-pot method. The technological steps comprise: synthesis of 4,5-dichloro-2-nitroacetanilide; synthesis of 4,5-dichloro-2-aminophenylbenzene; and synthesis of 5,6-dichloro-2-methyl benzimidazole. |
