The method comprises the following steps of: a, adding water into the dedusted iron cement or dry ash and stirring to prepare slurry, and adding into sedimentation fractionation equipment to separate coarse granules out; b, performing ball-milling on the coarse granules; c, adding the materials which are subjected to ball-milling into the sedimentation fractionation equipment again, and roughing and separating to obtain coarse concentrate of which the total iron mass content is greater than 70 percent, and drying the coarse concentrate at the temperature of between 80 and 350 DEG C until the water content is less than 5 percent; d, performing dry magnetic separation on the dried coarse concentrate to obtain raw iron powder for chemical reduction production; e, performing wet magnetic separation on tailings which are produced in the steps a, b, and c to prepare powdered iron for production of iron and |
