Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a transparent conductive film composition used in a wet type coating method of the solar cell, and a transparent conductive film which is made from the composition. The invention provides the transparent conductive film which improves power generating efficiency of a thin-film solar cell by the added reflected light to a photoelectric conversion layer through enlarging difference between the refractive index of the transparent conductive film and the refractive index of the photoelectric conversion layer and adding the reflected light of an interface between the transparent conductive film and the photoelectric conversion layer, and a transparent conductive film composition which can form the transparent conductive film.
