A PMMA organic glass plate with the proper size is placed in a drying oven to be heated for 35 minutes to 45 minutes, the temperature of the drying oven ranges from 100 DEG C to 120 DEG C, the heated PMMA organic glass plate is taken out to realize hot-pressing forming, a formed semi-finished product is placed into a drying oven with the temperature of 50 DEG C again for 3.5 hours to 4.5 hours to realize tempering, and internal stress of a finished product is eliminated. The automobile sunshade cover made by the aid of the processing technology has the advantages that a large amount of ultraviolet rays can be absorbed, air resistance on an automobile is reduced, the aesthetic perception of the automobile is strengthened, and the automobile sunshade cover is impact-resistant and ageing-resistant.
