Zusammenfassung:	A method for treating a fluid is provided with which it is possible to improve the effect of recovering an adsorption function. Also provided is an apparatus for the method. The method, which is for reducing the concentration of carbon dioxide in air to be treated, involves the following steps. The air to be treated is passed through a first rotor (10) to reduce the water concentration and is then passed through a second rotor (20) to thereby reduce the concentration of carbon dioxide. The second rotor (20) has a zeolite capable of adsorbing both carbon dioxide and water. The lower the temperature is, the more efficiently the zeolite can adsorb carbon dioxide. For heating and regenerating the second rotor (20), use is made of air in which the water concentration has been reduced with the first rotor (10) and which has been heated with a heater (8).
