Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for manufacturing motorcycle gears from 20CrMo carburizing steel, comprising the following processes of: forging stock, machining, thermal refining, shot blasting, machining, carburizing and quenching, tempering and shot blasting, wherein the thermal refining process comprises the following steps of: (1) quenching: heating a workpiece to 920+/-5 DEG C, insulating for 90 minutes and quenching; and (2) tempering: heating the workpiece after quenching to 690+/-10 DEG C, insulating for 150 minutes and cooling by water. By substituting thermal refining of the 20CrMo carburizing steel for the existing normalizing process, not only the cutting machining property of the 20CrMo carburizing steel is improved, but also deformation of the workpiece in the subsequent carburizing quenching process is better controlled, thus ensuring the machining accuracy of the workpiece. |
