Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing aluminum phosphate compounded binding agent by using clay mineral as raw material. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) adding water in clay mineral to prepare ore pulp, adding dispersing agent with 0.1-0.2% of the weight of the clay mineral, agitating the dispersing agent and the ore pulp, removing sand with a water cyclone, drying the mixture for 3-6 hours at a constant temperature of 60-70 DEG C by a blast drying box and obtaining refined clay mineral; 2) adding phosphoric acid with a concentration of 40-85% in the refined clay mineral, agitating the mixture, controlling the temperature at 70-120 DEG C, reacting the mixture for 0.5-6 hours, cooling the reactant, obtaining the base of the aluminum phosphate compounded binding agent; and 3) adding curing agent with a mass fraction of the base of 2%-10% in the base of the aluminum phosphate compounded binding agent, obtaining the aluminum phosphate compounded binding agent.
