Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a production method for bearing steel and belongs to the technical field of metallurgy. The production method is characterized in that: the continuous casting billet of the steel grade is a round billet with the section diameter of 180 mm; a once-heating production process is adopted; and the rolled finished product steel is round steel with the diameter of not more than 60 mm. The bearing steel comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.96 to 1.05 percent of carbon, 0.17 to 0.31 percent of silicon, 0.28 to 0.36 percent of manganese, 0.012 to 0.023 percent of phosphorus, 0.002 to 0.008 percent of sulfur, 1.41 to 1.56 percent of chromium, 0.008 to 0.031 percent of aluminum and the balance of Fe and trace impurity elements which cannot be detected.
