Zusammenfassung:The invention, which relates to the technical field of material processing and laser processing applications, in particular to a mold-strengthening method applying the laser thermal effect and the laser mechanical effect, designs a novel mold-strengthening method and a novel mold-strengthening system not only utilizing the laser thermal effect but also applying the laser mechanical effect, which are applicable to the strengthening of automotive LED headlight molds in particular. The innovation of the invention is that the laser thermal effect and the laser mechanical effect are applied to strengthen a mold, the laser thermal effect is first utilized to quench the surface of the mold, the laser mechanical effect is then utilized to strengthen the surface of the mold with shock, and therebythe service life of the mold is prolonged by laser strengthening.
