The invention relates to a gas cylinder detection system which comprises a control system, a water tank and a weighing balance arranged at the bottom end of the water tank, wherein the water tank is suspended in air and fixed through a support, the weighing balance is fixed on a balance support, a weighing sensor is arranged on the weighing balance, and the sensor is connected with the control system in a communication manner; the control system is respectively connected with an electric control pressure regulating valve, an electromagnetic valve, a two-position three-way electromagnetic valve I, a two-position three-way electromagnetic valve II, a first sensor and a second sensor in a communication manner, one end of the electric control pressure regulating valve is sequentially connected with the electromagnetic valve and a one-way valve I, the other end of the one-way valve I is sequentially connected with a driving pressure gauge, a speed regulating valve I and a speed regulating valve II, the other end o
