The invention discloses a method and device for preparing make-up water for power station boilers from municipal reclaimed water, which comprises the following steps of: (1) taking municipal reclaimed water, carrying out treatment on the municipal reclaimed water by using a biological aerated filter so as to obtain pretreated water; (2) carrying out treatment on the pretreated water by using an immersed ultra-filtrated water treatment device so as to obtain ultra-filtrated water; (3) carrying out treatment on the ultra-filtrated water by using a reverse osmotic water treatment device so as to obtain reverse osmotic water; and (4) carrying out treatment on the reverse osmotic water by using an EDI (electro-deionization) water treatment device so as to obtain the make-up water for power station boilers.
