Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a buried-pipe-type copper water jacket casting technology comprising the following steps of: a, placing a pre-buried copper pipe into a casting cavity of a copper water jacket before casting; introducing water vapor with the pressure of 0.15-0.5 MPa and the temperature of 110-150 DEG C into one end of the pre-buried copper pipe and emptying a vapor outlet at the other end of the pre-buried copper pipe by use of a pipeline; b, pouring a copper metal liquid into the casting cavity of the copper water jacket until the casting is completed; and c, after a casting piece of the copper water jacket is formed by cooling, stopping introducing the water vapor so that the casting is finished.
