Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for making a composite aluminum alloy round ingot blank, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, melting an outer aluminum alloy layer in a melting furnace, keeping a temperature in a range of 690-740 DEG C after gas and slag removal treatment and precipitating; secondly, putting a core aluminum alloy bar in a preheated die after heating the core aluminum alloy bar to reach 200-610 DEG C, and centering through a base in the die; sequentially pouring an aluminum alloy melt treated by refining in the die through a guide device, and stopping pouring after the core alloy bar is uniformly and fully wrapped by the alloy melt; and opening the die after the melt is fully condensed and taking out an ingot to obtain the composite aluminum alloy round ingot blank.
