The GHGKHKNK octopeptide can achieve a better effect when being used together with 5-Fu; and the GHGKHKNK octopeptide can be used for enhancing the anti-cancer effect of 5-Fu and simultaneously obviously reducing the toxic and side effects of 5-Fu, thereby providing a better method for treating cancers.
