Socket connector

A socket connector comprises an insulating base body, a metal shell body, a first terminal group, a second terminal group and a third terminal group. The insulating base body comprises a base and an assembly groove. A tongue plate unit comprises a main body and a combination body, wherein the main body is provided with an inserting part and a jointing part which are arranged at the front and at the rear; and the combination body and the jointing part are combined into a whole body and are jointly installed in the assembly groove to be combined and fixed with the insulating base body. The first terminal group is embedded in the main body in a molding manner.
