The method is characterized by employing a high temperature magnetization reduction melting flotation technology and comprises steps of: carrying out a drying pretreatment on the waste residue from wet method gold smelting and a reducing agent ingredient; sending into a rotary kiln for reduction and melting, so as to denude wrapped gold and silver unable to be recovered by flotation and obtain a reduction product of magnetite; sending the material directly through a chute into a pool for cooling to obtain rotary kiln finished product slag; sending high temperature flue gas generated by the rotary kiln to a dryer to dry the waste residue; collecting dust by a cloth bag dust collector, recovering waste heat by an exhaust-heat boiler, desulphurizing and discharging through an environment-friendly chimney; sending the rotary kiln finished product slags to a flotation system; producing qualified goldconcentrate according to
