Lincomycin hydrochloride injection and production process thereof

The invention discloses a lincomycin hydrochloride injection, which consists of lincomycin hydrochloride, versene disodium, medicinal charcoal and fresh water for injection, wherein every 1,000 ml of lincomycin hydrochloride injection contains 300 grams of lincomycin hydrochloride, 1 gram of versene disodium, 3 gram of medicinal charcoal and the balance of fresh water for injection. A production process of the lincomycin hydrochloride injection comprises the following steps of: (1) adding versene disodium into water for injection of which the temperature is 30-40 DEG C for dissolving, adding lincomycin hydrochloride, and stirring for fully dissolving; (2) regulating the pH value to 4.5-5.0 by using 2.5 mol/L of sodium hydroxide; (3) adding the medicinal charcoal, uniformly stirring, standing for 20 minutes, and filtering with a titanium stick filter, a 0.45 mum cylindrical filter and a 0.22 mum cylindrical filter; and (4) putting a sealed intermediate product into a sterilizing cabinet and sterilizing with fl
