Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a method for increasing the content of adenosylmethionine and superoxide dismutase in ethanol waste saccharomyces cerevisiae as sorgo fuel. The method includes the following steps: taking wet waste yeast thalli, glucose, methionine, copper sulfate and zinc sulfate, and putting in sorgo stalk juice to 1L and mixing evenly; obtaining activated fermentation liquor through activation culture; centrifugalizing, and discarding supernate so as to obtain activated wet yeast thalli; adding perchloric acid water solution, and with ice bath, stirring for cell disruption, and centrifugalizing to obtain SAM (s-adenosylmethionine) supernate; or taking activated wet yeast thalli, adding isopropanol water solution, stirring for cell disruption, centrifugalizing, and discarding supernate to obtain sediment; adding buffer solution, stirring for extraction and centrifugalizing to obtain supernate.
