Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a flameless double-opening stereoscopic cross exothermic welding method and a mould thereof, which are characterized by the way of one-step cross exothermic welding for pure copper, copper-clad steel strands or a single round wire in a flameless state without disconnecting a main wire and branch wires respectively through the mould. A reaction cavity of the mould is in the shape of an overhung calabash, so that gas generated in reaction of flux is buffered and distributed at a plurality of positions when rising. A body of the mould is of a double-opening type and is operated by two pairs of mould clamps. An upper mould is opened or closed horizontally while a lower mould is opened or closed vertically as required, so that the main wire and the branch wires are placed into the mould without being disconnected respectively. A forming cavity of the mould is in the partially enlarged shape of the round wire, the diameter of the forming cavity is 1.20-1.25 times of that of the main wire or
